Miquel Martínez presents his new book this Friday at the Museu de Finestrat

The Museu de Finestrat will once again be the scene of the presentation of a book this Friday, February 21, at 7:00 p.m., "My life in objects". Its author, Miquel Martínez, will tell how through objects he narrates the curious and instructive memoirs of Dámaso Apollini de la Torre. Throughout the novel, questions such as what role do objects play in our lives, are they simple things, or are they useful that we use as we please?
Its author will talk about how objects govern our lives, giving voice to the protagonist, a bachelor of good birth, maniacal, obsessive, dilettante and plagued by superstitions. Dámaso has renounced the glory and success that his surname guaranteed him; He prefers to live "in the shadows", to go unnoticed, to be invisible, anonymous... without this implying giving up his passions. Everything seems to be on track in his life, until the unexpected irruption of certain objects from the past ends up turning his existence upside down.
