The month of August begins full of cultural events in the Historic Center of Finestrat. This Thursday, August 1, there will be summer cinema for the whole family in El Castell. At 9:30 p.m. the first session will begin. The film that will be screened is "Toy Story 4" and, at 11:30 p.m., the session will continue with the film "Campeonex".

The Estiu Cultural will continue to advance in its programming this Saturday, August 3, at 10:00 p.m. The Plaça de la Unió Europea will become the setting for the monologue "En persona guanye" performed by the comedian Eugeni Alemany. It has been a challenge to bring this show to Finestrat, given the success it is reaping in the Valencian Community during this 2024, so it is expected that this will be an unforgettable evening for all the spectators who come to see it. Admission is free until full capacity is reached.

"En persona guanye" is not just a monologue, since Eugeni Alemany plays throughout the monologue with improvisation, theatrical irreverence, typical of classic cabaret, and interaction with the audience. He does so with a frenetic pace that hints that he moves like a fish in water in live shows. In fact, he has a long career as a presenter, having worked on generalist television and currently having a program on regional television A Punt.
